Changes in Executive Board
HOMAG Group AG
The current member of the Executive Board responsible for Operations and Development of HOMAG Group AG, Mr. Harald Becker-Ehmck and the current member of the Executive Board responsible for Sales, Service and Marketing of HOMAG Group AG, Mr. Jürgen Köppel, will leave the company on June 30, 2016 in order to pursue new professional challenges outside the HOMAG Group.
The supervisory board regrets this decision, thanks Mr. Becker-Ehmck and Mr. Köppel for the high degree of personal and successful commitment in connection with the realignment of the HOMAG Group and wishes them both all the best for the future, both professionally and in their personal lives.
From July 1, 2016, the Executive Board of HOMAG Group AG will consist of two persons. Mr. Pekka Paasivaara, CEO of HOMAG Group AG, and Mr. Franz Peter Matheis, CFO of HOMAG Group AG, will continue to lead jointly the HOMAG Group.
