SCHULER Consulting awarded TOP 100 label 2021
Scientific selection process passed: SCHULER Consulting is one of the top innovators of German SMEs
SCHULER Consulting has been awarded the TOP 100 label 2021. With this award, particularly innovative medium-sized companies are honored - and this already for the 28th time.
On behalf of compamedia, the organizer of the innovation competition TOP 100, the innovation researcher Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke and his team examined the innovative strength of SCHULER Consulting. The researchers used about 120 test criteria from five categories as a basis:
- Promotion of innovation through the Top Management
- Innovation climate
- Innovative processes and organization
- External orientation/open innovation
- Innovation success
The core question is whether innovations are the result of a planned approach or a product of chance, and therefore whether innovation performance can be repeated. Moreover, it is a question of whether and how the corresponding solutions are successful on the market.
In view of the increasing demands on companies in the woodworking and furniture industry, innovation management is a very important issue for us at SCHULER Consulting. We are pleased about the award as TOP Innovator 2021, which we see as a result of our innovation climate, to which every employee makes an important contribution. As an international consulting company, it is not only our aim to respond to current megatrends such as digitalization and individualization, but we have also made it our mission to provide our customers with the best possible support on their path to success through innovative solutions.
To achieve this, we have established a structured innovation process in our company, through which we continuously initiate and advance innovation projects. In particular, we rely on strategic partnerships with our long-standing partners from industry and research, such as the HOMAG Group, WEINMANN, TH Rosenheim and many more. By combining our services with innovative technologies and third-party products, we thus generate new market approaches.
We regularly report on our innovation projects and the work of our team in the HK series "Innovative Woodworking" as well as on our website and LinkedIn channel. We are looking forward to receiving the Top Innovator Award in November at the 7th German SME Summit in Ludwigsburg and hopefully meeting the competition mentor Ranga Yogeshwar and the other award winners in person.
