Senior Manager Key Projects
Dirk Post is our Senior Manager for Key Projects. His core tasks include the technical, content-related and divisional management of the SCHULER team for key projects. In addition to the strategic project manager function, this includes the conception of production strategies, the planning of production sites, intralogistics concepts and batch size 1 plants as well as the implementation of workshops. Mr Post pays particular attention to the perfect interaction of production organisation, production strategy, machine technology, information technology production control and cost-efficient production.
